There are two kingdoms in the world. Mans kingdom and Yhwh's
Kingdom. DAN 2:35 Then was the iron, the clay, the
brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together,
and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and
the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them:
and the stone that smote the image became a great
mountain, and filled the whole earth.
The stone is Christ and the mountain is Yhwh's Kingdom. The
image that is destroyed and replaced is man's kingdom.
When the Pharisees sought to trap Jesus, He pointed out
that there were two kingdoms and you are to obey the
"governing authorities" of whose kingdom you exist. Either
Caesar (or George Bush) is your king or Yhwh is your King.
MAT 22:17 Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is
it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?
MAT 22:21 They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he
unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are
Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's
If you are in Yhwh's kingdom you understand God owns it
all. If God owns it all then what does Caesar or George bush
own?
PSA 50: 10 For every beast of the forest [is] mine,
[and] the cattle upon a thousand hills.
PSA 50:12 If I were hungry, I would not tell thee:
for the world [is] mine, and the fulness thereof.
The bible calls mans kingdom Babylon and Yhwh's Kingdom
Zion. They are also compared with other imagery. The Kingdom
of light and the kingdom of darkness. The Kingdom of the word
vs. the kingdom of the image. When spoken of prophetically
they may be referred to as the "daughter of" as in the
daughter of Babylon or the daughter of Jerusalem
MIC 4:13 Arise and thresh, O daughter of
Zion: for I will make thine horn iron, and I will make
thy hoofs brass: and thou shalt beat in pieces many people:
and I will consecrate their gain unto the LORD, and their
substance unto the Lord of the whole earth.
ZEC 9:9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of
Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem:
behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he [is] just, and having
salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the
foal of an ass.
ZEC 2:7 Deliver thyself, O Zion, that
dwellest [with] the daughter of Babylon.
Kosher conservative talk show hosts and the like, want us
to see the battle between democrats and republicans, or
liberals vs. conservatives. It is part of man's kingdom
warfare. The true fight is and always has been between man's
kingdom and Yhwh's Kingdom. The battle began between Esau and
Jacob before they were even born.
GEN 25:23 And the LORD said unto her, Two
nations [are] in thy womb, and two manner of
people shall be separated from thy bowels; and [the one]
people shall be stronger than [the other] people; and the
elder shall serve the younger.
GEN 25:26 And after that came his brother out, and
his hand took hold on Esau's heel; and his name was called
Jacob: and Isaac [was] threescore years old when she bare
them.
Esau chose man's kingdom over Yhwh's Kingdom.
GEN 25:30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I
pray thee, with that same red [pottage]; for I [am] faint:
therefore was his name called Edom.
GEN 25:31 And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy
birthright.
GEN 25:32 And Esau said, Behold, I [am] at the point
to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?
GEN 25:33 And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and
he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.
GEN 25:34 Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of
lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his
way: thus Esau despised [his] birthright.
Both boys inherited a kingdom with specific blessings. Esau
received the blessings of gold, silver, and the power over
men's minds. Jacob received the blessings of the land, and the
strength of its production. If you want to find those people
today, look for who has those blessings.
An interesting view of the values of mans kingdom are given
REV 18:12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and
precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple,
and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner
vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious
wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,
REV 18:13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments,
and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and
wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and
slaves, and souls of men.
In man's kingdom gold is first and men's souls are last. In
Yhwh's Kingdom men's souls are first and gold last. That is
why they said of Christians
ACT 17:6 And when they found them not, they drew
Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city,
crying, These that have turned the world upside
down are come hither also;
Unsaved man is born into man's kingdom but through Christ
we can be translated from man's kingdom into Yhwh's Kingdom
COL 1:13 Who hath delivered us from the power of
darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom
of his dear Son: |
